Huckabee Hints At Game-Changing Abraham Accords Expansion

In a recent discussion, Mike Huckabee, the U.

S. Ambassador to Israel and former Governor of Arkansas, suggested that Americans might be taken aback by the nations poised to join the Abraham Accords in the near future.

Huckabee's remarks came during a conversation with Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow and Editor-at-Large Joel Pollak at the Breitbart Founders Club Roundtable.

According to Breitbart, Huckabee expressed optimism about the Middle East's trajectory, predicting significant advancements as more countries align themselves with the Abraham Accords. "Im going to say something that I think may surprise people," Huckabee stated.

"I think its very, very possible that some of the next countries that could be in the Abraham Accords would be Syria and Lebanon, and maybe Saudi Arabia. I think its very possible that youll see some real surprises coming out of the Middle East."

Huckabee attributed this potential renaissance to the tangible benefits nations could reap by normalizing relations with Israel, highlighting the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a prime example. "Most of the countries, really, they know deep down theyre better off if they normalize their relations with Israel," he noted.

He praised the UAE for its pioneering role in the accords, stating, "The partnerships, for example, that the UAE created with Israel because of the Abraham accords its one of the first nations that did it. I want to give them a standing ovation. They took a chance. They were criticized and condemned for joining the Abraham Accords. They are a remarkable country, and they have a level of openness that you just dont see hardly anywhere."

The conversation also touched on the UAE's progress over the years, with Pollak concurring with Huckabee's assessment. As the Middle East continues to evolve, the potential expansion of the Abraham Accords could signal a shift towards greater stability and cooperation in the region.
