Kash Patel Exposes Just How Sneaky Adam Schiff Is!

For many discerning Americans, the integrity of Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) has long been a subject of contention.

Schiff, a veteran of Congress with over two decades of service, has been a prominent figure in the political landscape, his tenure as chairman of the Committee on House Intelligence serving as a testament to his influence. However, his reputation has been tainted by allegations of dishonesty and corruption, which have now reached a critical point.

During his time in the House of Representatives and as head of the House Intelligence Committee, Schiff was accused of leaking classified information, thereby fueling the discredited Russian collusion narrative. His alleged motivation? Power, media exposure, and social media engagement.

However, when the Republicans secured the majority in the House and Kevin McCarthy, Schiff's colleague from California, was elected Speaker of the House, Schiff was removed from the Intel committee due to his overt partisanship and perceived vendetta against President Donald Trump.

Unfazed, Schiff spun the situation to his advantage, portraying himself as a victim, and subsequently secured a position in the U.S. Senate.

As reported by RedState, the second term of Trump has brought Schiff's alleged fraudulent activities into the spotlight. Currently, Schiff is under investigation by the Department of Justice for mortgage fraud, as he reportedly claims a residence in Maryland as his primary home while serving as an elected representative.

Earlier this week, declassified whistleblower testimony shed light on Schiff's alleged involvement in efforts to undermine Trump and disrupt the peaceful transition of power in 2017. FBI Director Kash Patel has pledged transparency, and the release of these recent files provides the public with additional evidence of the alleged misuse of the Department of Justice during Trump's first term and under the Biden administration.

"We found it. We declassified it. Now Congress can see how classified info was leaked to shape political narratives - and decide if our institutions were weaponized against the American people," Patel stated.

The declassified documents reveal that a career intelligence officer, who served Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee for over a decade, repeatedly alerted the FBI from 2017 onwards that Schiff had allegedly approved the leaking of classified information to tarnish then-President Donald Trump amidst the now-discredited Russiagate scandal.

The intelligence staffer, a Democrat who described himself as a friend to both Schiff and former Republican House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, reportedly deemed the classified leaking as "unethical," "illegal," and treasonous. However, he was allegedly reassured not to worry about it as Schiff believed he would be protected from prosecution under the Constitution's speech and debate clause.

Despite these allegations, no public opinion from the Attorney General or the Solicitor General has been found that confirms this interpretation of the law. Officials reportedly told Just the News that the Department of Justice showed little interest in pursuing Schiff when the allegations were initially brought to their attention, citing the same defense put forth by the lawmaker.

The Biden administration's Attorney General Merrick Garland was allegedly preoccupied with prosecuting J6ers, pro-lifers, and targeting Catholics as state enemies, rendering a Congressman's alleged corruption less compelling.

The whistleblower's claims were initially made to the FBI Washington field office as early as 2017, but it appears they were ignored. In a more recent interview with the bureau in 2023, the whistleblower, whose name has been redacted, told agents from the FBI's St. Louis office that he personally attended a meeting where Schiff allegedly authorized the leaking of classified information.

The whistleblower reportedly told investigators that he "stated this would be illegal and, upon hearing his concerns, unnamed members of the meeting reassured that they would not be caught leaking classified information," according to the 2023 interview report.

However, Schiff is not the only one facing scrutiny. The Biden administration's Department of Justice chose not to prosecute the widespread classified leaks that allegedly fueled the Russia Hoax, and those leaks, along with the elected representatives behind them, are still under investigation. Another California representative, Eric Swalwell, is also mentioned in the reports.

"For years, certain officials used their positions to selectively leak classified information to shape political narratives," Patel stated on Monday. "It was all done with one purpose: to weaponize intelligence and law enforcement for political gain.

"Those abuses eroded public trust in our institutions," he added. "The FBI will now lead the charge, with our partners at DOJ, and Congress will have the chance to uncover how political power may have been weaponized and to restore accountability," he said.

The revelations serve as additional ammunition in the fight for accountability. The question remains, will Congress ignite the flame of justice, or will it be business as usual?
