Tulsi Gabbard Calls On DOJ To Probe Obama For Criminal Implications

During a White House briefing on Wednesday, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was questioned about the possibility of pursuing criminal charges against President Barack Obama.

In response, Gabbard stated, "I have referred and will continue to refer all of these documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this evidence that we have found."

According to The Post Millennial, Gabbard presented documents indicating that Obama promoted the notion of President Donald Trump's alleged collusion with Russia to influence the 2016 election, despite the Intelligence Community's analysis dismissing such claims. When asked if the new information suggested criminal behavior by Obama, Gabbard reiterated, "We have referred and will continue to refer all of these documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this."

Pressed further on whether this included President Obama, Gabbard confirmed, "Correct. The evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact."

When questioned about the potential charge of "treason" against Obama, Gabbard deferred to the Department of Justice, stating, "I'm leaving the criminal charges to the Department of Justice. I am not an attorney." She elaborated on the gravity of the situation, describing it as "a years-long coup and a treasonous conspiracy against the American people, our republic, and an attempt to undermine President Trump's administration."

Gabbard emphasized that her actions were not politically motivated, urging the media to engage in "honest journalism" and encouraging the public to examine the nearly 200 pages of documents released. These documents, she claimed, contain "multiple references, multiple examples, to include comments that have been made by senior intelligence professionals who are some, still working within these agencies today, that confirm the conclusions that we have drawn."

Gabbard asserted that these findings demonstrate Obama's directive to create an intelligence assessment that perpetuated a "contrived false narrative," ultimately leading to efforts to destabilize President Trump's administration.

The unfolding situation raises significant questions about the integrity of intelligence assessments and the potential misuse of power at the highest levels of government. As the Department of Justice and the FBI continue their investigations, the implications of these allegations could have far-reaching consequences for the political landscape and the public's trust in governmental institutions.
