In a recent appearance on CNN's "The Source," Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, articulated Israel's unwavering commitment to preventing Iran from acquiring ballistic missiles and nuclear capabilities.

"We know it will be long," Danon remarked, underscoring the enduring nature of this mission.

As reported by Breitbart, Danon drew parallels between Israel's current stance and its past military actions against Iraq and Syria, both of which had pursued nuclear reactors. "If you look back at attacks that Israel took, whether it was against Iraq or Syria, who tried to develop nuclear reactors, I think, today, everybody can thank Israel for those actions," he stated.

Danon expressed confidence that, in time, the global community would come to appreciate Israel's proactive measures. "So, maybe today some people are not sure about why we are doing it today. But, down the road, a few years from today, the world will thank Israel for the actions we took [tonight]," he added.

Danon further emphasized that the threat posed by Iran extends beyond Israel, affecting allies of the United States as well. He reiterated Israel's resolve to "eliminate the threat" and acknowledged the challenges ahead. "We know it will not be easy for the people of Israel. But this is a historic day for our nation," he concluded.

This steadfast approach aligns with conservative principles, emphasizing national security and the protection of allied interests in the face of potential threats.
