BREAKING NEWS: Watchdog Says Biden's Autopen Could VERY Well Be A Criminal Case!

The founder of Power the Future, a pro-American energy advocacy group, has accused members of the White House of acting without presidential authorization in relation to several climate-related executive actions of former President Joe Biden.

Daniel Turner, the energy expert at the helm of the organization, has described these actions as "criminal" and "evil," suggesting that they were carried out while Biden was in a state of mental decline.

According to Breitbart, Turner's organization released a report last week that revealed at least eight major actions taken by President Biden were allegedly signed via autopen. These actions, which were related to climate and energy, included the January 6 offshore drilling ban and the March 2023 arctic drilling ban. Turner joined the latest episode of Breitbart News Saturday to discuss the implications of his organization's findings.

The Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project also released a report in March 2025, which found that every document bearing Biden's signature throughout his presidency, with the exception of his reelection campaign announcement, had the same autopen signature. This finding echoes the allegations made in Original Sin, an expos by CNN's Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, which accuses White House officials of orchestrating a massive cover-up of Biden's deteriorating mental health.

Turner expressed his anger over the situation, stating, "It takes a lot of effort to not curse and be profane because what they did to the American people is not just criminal, its evil." He added, "Its genuinely morally reprehensible. The damage that we did, that we continue to do, to the American people, all because were worried about Donald Trump.'"

Turner also pointed out the potential criminality of the Biden staffers who allegedly used the autopen without authorization. He argued that these actions had far-reaching consequences, including impacting the war in Ukraine by forcing Russia to sell more natural gas to other countries after the U.S. banned the export of liquid natural gas.

In reference to Original Sin, Turner stated, "When theyre willing to do undemocratic things to protect democracy, those people are admitting theyre willing to do undemocratic things to stay in power. And thats what they did the last four years with the auto pen."

After Power the Future's review found no evidence that Biden was aware of several major climate actions, the group sent letters to several agencies, including the Department of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of the Interior, and the Department of Energy, calling for an investigation. Letters were also sent to the House and Senate Oversight Committees, Turner confirmed to Fox News.

Turner further emphasized the seriousness of the situation, stating, "When you have an executive order to ban offshore oil and gas drilling Thats a pretty damn big ban. When you have that and you sign it by autopen, there are process crimes."

The letter to House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) underscored the need for congressional access to information in light of the growing evidence that actions purportedly taken by the former President may not have been approved or signed by him, but instead promulgated by a small group of advisers in his name without his knowledge or over his signature using an "autopen."

Turner also highlighted a claim by House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) that the former President apparently did not know that he had signed an executive order pausing the export of liquified natural gas (LNG) in an early 2024 meeting. Turner argued that even a competent Biden would have never banned the sale of natural gas while trying to win the state of Pennsylvania.

One cabinet secretary told Tapper and Thompson that the cabinet "didnt have access" to Biden "for months." This statement suggests a deliberate strategy by the White House to limit Biden's interactions with others.

Turner also criticized former Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland, who is currently running for governor of New Mexico, arguing that she is "thoroughly disqualified" based on the Biden cabinets alleged role in the cover-up of Bidens worsening cognition. He contended that if she was aware that the President was not making these decisions, but didn't care because she supported the green agenda, then she should be disqualified from ever holding office again.

Despite his criticisms, Turner acknowledged that Haaland will "probably win" as New Mexico is a blue state. He concluded, "If she will lie to the American people about the role of the President, then she will do whatever the hell she has to for power, and people like that cannot have power."
