Leo Terrell, a seasoned Democrat who was nominated by President Donald Trump for a position in the Department of Justice's civil rights division, has issued a rather enigmatic statement concerning Jill Biden.
Terrell's statement questions her role in encouraging her husband, President Joe Biden, to not only assume the presidency but also to seek a second term.
"Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??" Terrell posted on his personal page, quoting another post that read, "She knew about President Bidens health problems. But still wanted him to run for president. Evil."
This issue has gained momentum in recent days following President Biden's disclosure of his advanced stage prostate cancer diagnosis, a condition that experts assert is typically detectable in its early stages, as reported by WND.
This revelation comes on the heels of mounting evidence suggesting President Biden's cognitive decline. This includes the release of his interview with special counsel Robert Hur during the latter's investigation of Biden, which showed the President responding to questions about his actions with lengthy silences and inconsistent answers.
Terrell's comment was not the only one to raise concerns about elder abuse. Other commentators, including Terrence K. Williams and Clay Travis, have also joined the conversation.
The Gateway Pundit, in a report, highlighted that Terrell, who is the senior counsel to the assistant attorney general for civil rights, expressed his concerns on social media. He reposted a tweet from a conservative commentator and added his own commentary: "Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??"
The report further elaborated on Terrell's insinuation, stating, "Jill Biden may have knowingly concealed her husbands serious health decline during his presidency and subjected him to undue stress by propping him up for another grueling presidential campaignall for political gain."
The report also cited presidential historian Douglas Brinkley, who claimed that Jill Biden was the primary reason for Joe Biden's decision to run for office again in 2024. Brinkley, during his appearance on Face the Nation, suggested that Jill Biden was reluctant to give up the power that the Bidens had worked hard to acquire over the years. He even hinted at her desire for some form of 'revenge' against those who had wronged them or obstructed their path.
In a debate between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden nearly a year ago, after which Biden was compelled to withdraw from the race by his own party, Biden's performance was criticized. U.S. Rep. Harriet Hageman, R-Wyo., blamed Jill Biden for the situation that led to a senior American politician becoming a laughingstock.
Hageman was quoted in a report saying, "What Jill Biden and the Biden campaign did to Joe Biden tonight rolling him out on stage to engage in a battle of wits while unarmed is elder abuse, plain and simple."
She further added, "Weve seen Biden mumble and misstep his way through three-and-a-half years of this presidency and no amount of lies or distortion of facts will distract voters from sending him permanently back to Delaware on Nov. 5. Joe Biden has failed for over 50 years. It is time to put him out to pasture so that we can reclaim our country."
