Newsom Caught In ANOTHER 'Woke' Word Whiplash!

California Governor Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, has his sights set on the highest office in the land, the Oval Office.

His ambition is said to surpass even that of Hillary Clinton, according to Liz Wheeler, host of "The Liz Wheeler Show." However, Newsom's radical political leanings may prove to be a stumbling block in his quest for the presidency.

Newsom's policies, as reported by The Blaze, have positioned California as a sanctuary state for transgender individuals, with schools prohibited from informing parents if a student opts to use a different name or pronouns or identifies as a different gender than what is recorded in their school files. Additionally, he has proposed a first-time homebuyer assistance program for illegal immigrants. These policies, among others, have painted Newsom as a far-left radical.

In an attempt to rebrand himself as a moderate, Newsom has launched a new podcast, "This Is Gavin Newsom." Wheeler suggests that this is not a genuine shift in his political stance but a strategic move to gloss over his radical past that could potentially hinder his presidential aspirations.

"He's bringing people from the right onto his podcast, and he wants to be very chummy with them, very charming; he wants to portray himself as a centrist for one purpose: so that he can collect a library of sound bites to portray himself once the 2028 campaign cycle begins as some kind of common-sense, reasonable, middle-ground Democrat," Wheeler explains.

However, Wheeler is determined to expose the inconsistencies in Newsom's public persona. In her series, Newsom vs. Newsom, she contrasts Newsom's public statements with his actions. For instance, despite expressing agreement with Charlie Kirk that biological males competing in women's sports is unfair, Newsom has done nothing to protect female athletes or the integrity of their sports during his tenure as governor since 2019. In fact, current state law and policies allow biological males to compete on girls' sports teams.

In another episode, Wheeler debunks Newsom's claim that neither he nor anyone in his office uses the term "Latinx," a gender-neutral term for people of Latin American descent. Despite his denial, Wheeler presents a compilation of instances where Newsom has used the term.

"The reality is that Gavin Newsom has bought into wokeness as much as a politician can buy into wokeness. He's propagated it; he has signed it into law; and now he's trying to deny his radical reality to trick centrists into voting for him as President," Wheeler asserts.

Wheeler's analysis provides a critical examination of Newsom's political maneuvering, revealing the discrepancies between his public statements and his actions. Her commentary is part of a broader effort to hold politicians accountable for their words and actions, a mission shared by BlazeTV, a multi-platform network dedicated to voices that champion America, defend the Constitution, and embody the American dream.
