BREAKING NEWS: Musk REVEALS Which Agency Fought DOGE The HARDEST!

Elon Musk, the renowned entrepreneur, along with his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team, recently shed light on the federal agency that has been most resistant to their oversight efforts.

The revelation was made during an appearance on Fox News' "Jesse Watters Primetime."

In November, President Donald Trump appointed Musk to spearhead DOGE, a department tasked with the daunting challenge of cutting regulations, eliminating waste, and overhauling federal agencies. During their investigation into the operations of various agencies, the DOGE team encountered significant resistance from one small agency, leading to some startling discoveries.

"The small agency called the United States Institute of Peace is definitely the agency we had the most fight at. We actually went into the agency and found they had loaded guns inside of their headquarters," an anonymous DOGE member revealed, according to the Daily Caller.

Musk, in his conversation with host Jesse Watters, noted the irony of the situation, stating, "I mean, any given company, any given organizational name is going to be kind of the opposite of the title."

The DOGE team's investigation also uncovered some alarming financial practices within the agency. "So it was, by far, the least peaceful agency that weve worked with, ironically. Additionally, we found that they were spending money on things like private jets, and they even had a $130,000 contract with a former member of the Taliban," the DOGE team member disclosed. The team member further added that the contract was for "generic services," but there was no clear description of what these services entailed.

When Watters questioned whether the funds were used for opium, the DOGE team member admitted that the answer remained unclear. The team member then highlighted the exponential growth in the number of agencies since the country's founding, from four to over 400, and praised President Trump's efforts to reduce this number through executive orders.

The United States Institute of Peace was among the first agencies targeted for audit and potential closure by DOGE. Upon their arrival, the team made another shocking discovery. "Just a few hours after we got into their headquarters, we found that their chief accountant had actually deleted over a terabyte of accounting records from several leaders. So youd have to ask the question, well, why would somebody do that?" the DOGE team member questioned.

However, thanks to internal whistleblowers, the DOGE team was able to recover the deleted records. The team member further revealed that the agency received $55 million annually from Congress, and any unspent money was swept into a private bank account without congressional oversight. This account was used to fund events at their headquarters and private jets.

Musk admitted that the task of rooting out government waste has been challenging but assured that his team is making headway. He emphasized that the mission of DOGE will extend beyond the first 100 days. Musk also shared his plans to scale back his full-time involvement with DOGE, stating that the department has found its rhythm and no longer requires his constant attention. However, he assured that he would remain involved in D.C. for about two days a week.
