Plot Twist! Trump Scrambles Libs So BADLY, Theyre Now Backing Family Separations At The Border!

In recent years, the liberal media has been awash with accusations that the Trump administration was separating children from their illegal immigrant parents.

This narrative was so pervasive that it even moved Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to tears in a Texas parking lot. However, recent revelations suggest that this narrative may not be entirely accurate.

According to the Western Journal, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and border czar Tom Homan have clarified that the Trump administration is not separating children from their illegal immigrant parents. Instead, it appears that the parents are choosing to take their children with them when they are deported, despite the fact that these children, by virtue of birthright citizenship, are technically Americans.

Rubio, in an appearance on NBC News Meet the Press, refuted the narrative that officials deported a 2-year-old who left for Honduras with a mother who was sent back to her country of origin. You guys make it sound like [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement] agents kicked down the door and grabbed a 2-year-old and threw him on an airplane. Thats misleading. Thats just not true, he said.

In response to an emergency petition from the childs father, Judge Terry Doughty stated that it was not clear whether it was the mothers wish for the child to be deported with her. Homan, appearing on CBS Face the Nation, disagreed with the judge's interpretation, stating, That female had due process at great taxpayer expense and was ordered by an immigration judge after those hearings."

Homan further emphasized the parental responsibility in such situations, stating, This is Parenting 101. You can decide to take that child with you, or you can decide to leave a child here with a relative or another spouse. Having a U.S. citizen child doesnt make you immune from our laws of the country."

Another case that sparked controversy involved a child with cancer who was returned to her mothers country of origin. Rubio clarified, The children went with their mothers. If those children are U.S. citizens, they can come back into the United States if their father or someone here who wants to assume them. Ultimately who was deported was their mothers, who were here illegally. The children just went with their mothers.

While these cases are undoubtedly heartbreaking, they underscore the harsh reality of illegal immigration. Breaking the law often results in heartbreak, and the fact that a child was born in the U.S. to a mother who wasnt supposed to be here does not exempt the mother from the law, nor does it necessarily mean its in the best interest of the child to remain in the U.S. without their parent.

The Democrats' outrage seems to be misplaced. They spent years criticizing the Trump administration for separating children from their parents, and now they are upset that the administration is not doing so. This contradictory stance seems to be a strategy to create a lose-lose situation for Republicans, either blaming them for the consequences of the laws they enforce or pressuring them to maintain incentives that encourage illegal immigration.

Homan succinctly summarized the situation, stating, The mother chose to take the children with her. [If] youre here illegally, and you choose to have a U.S. citizen child, thats on you Thats not on this administration.

This statement not only places the responsibility on the illegal immigrant parents but also implicates the Democrats for their refusal to acknowledge the existence of immigration laws. Their abdication of responsibility and their readiness to blame politicians and law enforcement officials for the human tragedies they engineered is a shameful display of political cowardice.
