A recent expos by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has uncovered a startling situation where individuals on the federal government's "Terrorist Watch List" managed to obtain Medicaid benefits after being released into the United States under the administration of former President Joe Biden.
This revelation has raised significant concerns about national security and the allocation of taxpayer resources.
As reported by Breitbart, DOGE officials disclosed that approximately 6,300 migrants, who were granted parole into the U.S. without any formal immigration status, were either on the Terrorist Watch List or had criminal backgrounds. Despite these red flags, they were still issued work permits and Social Security numbers. The report further highlighted that 905 of these individuals, including four from the Terrorist Watch List, received Medicaid benefits amounting to $276,000. Additionally, 41 migrants collected unemployment benefits totaling $42,000.
The findings also revealed that 22 migrants received tax refunds in 2024, amounting to $751,000, while others benefited from food stamps. In response to these alarming developments, President Donald Trump's administration took decisive action by revoking the parole of these 6,300 migrants, prioritizing their deportation due to their criminal records or inclusion on the Terrorist Watch List.
Antonio Gracias, a DOGE official, expressed further concerns, stating that many of Biden's parole migrants were discovered on voter rolls in several states. "We looked at voter rolls and we found that thousands are registered to vote in friendly states. And we looked even further in those friendly states and found that many of those people had actually voted," Gracias remarked. "It was shocking to us. If I hadnt seen this with my own eyes, I wouldnt believe it it is shockingly bad." This situation underscores the need for stringent oversight and reform to safeguard the integrity of both national security and electoral processes.
