A seven-foot bronze statue of President Donald Trump now graces the Trump International Golf Club, a tribute to his resilience following an assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, during a campaign rally.
This monument, a gift from Anthony Constantino, CEO of Sticker Mule and a former congressional candidate, celebrates Trump's defiant response to the incident in July.
As reported by The Post Millennial, the statue, aptly named The Defiance Monument, immortalizes the moment when Trump, having been shot at and wounded, stood resolute among Secret Service agents, raising his fist and declaring, Fight, fight, fight. This powerful image captures the spirit of a leader undeterred by threats to his life.
On Saturday, Trump viewed the sculpture for the first time, accompanied by Constantino. "The President was in a happy, joking mood which was great to see, Constantino remarked. The statue's strategic placement between the clubhouse and the first hole ensures it is visible to all club members, serving as a constant reminder of Trump's courage.
Constantino, an ardent supporter of Trump, expressed his desire to honor the President's bravery. I was shocked to be stopped by the CEO of one of my competitors, who loved the monument, and was golfing while I unveiled it, he noted, choosing to withhold the competitor's identity to shield them from potential backlash from the left.
Crafted by renowned sculptor George Lundeen of Loveland, Colorado, whose portfolio includes notable works such as the Benjamin Franklin statue at the University of Pennsylvania, the monument is set to remain a permanent fixture at the West Palm Beach golf course.
Constantino previously made headlines in October 2024 when he faced opposition from the city of Amsterdam, New York, for erecting a 100-foot Vote for Trump sign on a building owned by Sticker Mule.
