WATCH: Tom Homan Has PERFECT Response To Hollywood Celebrity's Tears!

Tom Homan, the former acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, has expressed little empathy for those who oppose the Trump Administration's firm stance on immigration enforcement.

His comments come in response to criticism from various quarters, including celebrities, over the administration's efforts to deport illegal immigrants.

As reported by Gateway Pundit, Texas-born actress Selena Gomez recently shared an emotional video on Instagram, where she expressed her distress over President Trump's immigration policies. In the video, Gomez tearfully stated, "I just want to say that Im so sorry. All my people are getting attacked, the children. I dont understand." She continued, "Im so sorry. I wish I could do something, but I cant. I dont know what to do. Ill try everything, I promise." Her comments reflect a broader sentiment among some who preferred the more lenient immigration policies of the Biden administration.

In an interview with Fox News, host Sandra Smith asked Homan to respond to Gomez's emotional plea. Homan clarified that the Trump administration's immigration enforcement efforts focused on individuals who posed threats to public safety, emphasizing that families were not targeted in these operations. He reiterated that President Trump had campaigned on a platform of strict immigration enforcement, a promise he intended to keep. Homan described the current border situation as "the biggest known national security threat in his lifetime," citing the record number of terrorists and sex traffickers who entered the country during the Biden administration.

Homan delivered a pointed message to Gomez and others critical of the deportations: "Were going to do our job and enforce the laws in our country. If they dont like it, then go to Congress and change the law." He added, "Were going to do this operation without apology. Were gonna make our community safer. It is all for the good of this nation. And were gonna keep going. No apologies. Were moving forward."

With Homan at the helm of immigration enforcement, the Trump administration appears committed to maintaining a secure border and upholding the rule of law. This approach aligns with conservative values of national security and law enforcement, ensuring that America remains vigilant in protecting its citizens.
