Mess With The Bull... Trump Strips A LOT OF Security Clearances - Find Out Who Made The List!

On the inaugural day of his presidency, Donald Trump took decisive action by revoking the security clearances of several former officials known for their opposition to him.

Among those affected was retired General Michael Hayden, who serves as an adviser to Newsguard, an organization criticized for its perceived bias against conservative media through its news blacklist.

According to Breitbart, Trump rescinded 50 security clearances, including that of Michael Hayden, a former CIA and NSA Director. Hayden has been a polarizing figure, even among those who oppose Trump.

In a recent social media post, he controversially suggested that Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) should be removed from the "human race." Hayden's role as an adviser for Newsguard, which claims to assess the reliability of news outlets, has also drawn scrutiny.

Critics argue that Newsguard, despite its claims of neutrality, tends to favor left-leaning, corporate-owned media, often overlooking their dissemination of misinformation while targeting conservative outlets. This has led to accusations of it being a tool for censorship, as noted by Trump's FCC Chairman Brendan Carr, who labeled it part of the "Censorship Cartel."

Hayden's contentious statements extend beyond his advisory role. In March 2022, he had not retracted his assertion that the Hunter Biden laptop story was "Russian disinformation," despite Newsguard's mission to combat misinformation.

Later that year, he agreed with Financial Times associate editor Michael Luce's comparison of Republicans to extremist groups, stating, "I agree. And I was the CIA director." More recently, in November 2023, Hayden sparked further controversy by equating patriotic American Christians with Hamas, stating, "No different at all." These remarks have fueled ongoing debates about his influence and the broader implications of media bias and censorship.
