WATCH: Geraldo Rivera Takes BRUTAL Aim At Trump's Immigration Plan!

Geraldo Rivera, a veteran journalist, has recently expressed his strong disapproval of Stephen Miller's immigration policies, going as far as to say he would like to "punch Stephen Miller in the nose.

".

Miller, who is set to serve as Donald Trump's homeland security advisor and deputy chief of staff for policy, has been a controversial figure due to his hardline stance on immigration.

According to Gateway Pundit, Rivera's comments came during a discussion on MSNBC's The Beat about Trump's immigration policies. The show's host, Ari Melber, informed Rivera of the Trump transition team's plan to conduct a "D.C.-area showcase immigration raid in the first days." Melber described this as a "high-profile raid targeting undocumented immigrants in its initial days," and asked Rivera for his thoughts on the matter.

Rivera, who has a background in boxing, responded with a fiery retort. "Im an old man now," he said. "Ive been a boxer all my life. Ive given it up because of my frailty. But I would come back to punch Stephen Miller in the nose because he is the most hideous in terms of his policy." He went on to describe Miller's policy as "draconian," accusing him of scapegoating certain individuals to curry favor with President Trump.

Rivera also challenged Miller's self-proclaimed reputation as a dealmaker, urging him to "make a deal" to resolve the immigration issue. His comments reflect a broader conservative concern about the potential for overly harsh immigration policies to undermine individual freedoms and the principles of limited government.

This is not the first time Rivera has made headlines for his outspoken views. In November, he expressed his disgust at President-elect Trump's nomination of Matt Gaetz for Attorney General, stating that he "threw up in his mouth" upon hearing the news. He further criticized Gaetz in a post, describing him as a "douche" and a "horrible, creepy choice" for Attorney General.

While Rivera's comments may be seen as inflammatory, they underscore the ongoing debate within conservative circles about the balance between national security and individual freedoms, particularly in relation to immigration policy. As the Trump administration takes shape, the direction it takes on this issue will be closely watched by both supporters and critics alike.
