In a recent revelation by O'Keefe Media Group's undercover reporters, it was found that Henry Appel, a National Security Advisor within the White House, had prior knowledge of President Joe Biden's cognitive decline.
This information was inadvertently disclosed to the American public during the June 27 debate against Donald Trump.
According to The Post Millennial, Appel, in an unguarded moment during a staged date with an undercover reporter, a technique often employed by O'Keefe, made a startling revelation. He stated, "Joe Biden is, like, dead. Not literally. Like, he, like, can't say a sentence." Appel, who serves under Jake Sullivan, recalled an incident where he had to remind Biden that Sullivan was accompanying him on a trip, after Biden asked for Sullivan's whereabouts.
Appel, who is part of the Intelligence Programs Directorate, expressed his astonishment at the lack of public awareness about Biden's condition. "He's like really like progressed in his old age. Everybody recognizes it. I can't believe it wasn't a bigger scandal earlier," he commented. Appel further highlighted the gravity of the situation, given his team's responsibility of providing senior policymakers with top secrets. He expressed concern over Biden's deteriorating communication skills, stating, "[Biden] can't say a sentence."
The National Security Advisor also shared his experiences of working under the Biden administration. He described the staff as being "trauma-bonded" following President Donald Trump's second term victory, as they were all "going through it together." Despite this, Appel admitted that he had anticipated Trump's win, attributing it to what he perceived as Kamala Harris's lackluster campaign. "She just doesn't believe in anything," he said.
Appel also revealed his apprehensions about the incoming Trump administration. "They'd like investigate us, or whatever," he said, expressing concern about potential repercussions. He also touched upon the aftermath of Biden's withdrawal from the race and the subsequent passing of the baton to Vice President Harris. "I know that like Biden and his team like feltdid not like that they got pushed aside," he said.
In a later confrontation, O'Keefe warned Appel, "you're lucky I'm not a Chinese spy," highlighting the potential security risks associated with such unguarded disclosures. This incident underscores the importance of maintaining discretion and professionalism within the political sphere, particularly in matters concerning national security.
